Refund policy
At Loff Studio, we want you to love every purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Certain items such as personal care products, underwear, gift cards and clearance items cannot be returned unless defective.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business daysafter we receive the returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
